Due to their continued high level of success, innovativeand forward-thinking nature, and passion for what they do, the team are looking to continue growing and taking on new passionate and ambitious individuals to help facilitate further growth and success.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include, depending on seniority:* Planning and completing audits to a high standard* Managing workloads and ensuring that work is completed within a timely manner* Liaising with various stakeholders both internally and externally when needed* For senior professionals - mentoring more junior members of the team to help facilitate their development* Producing work for review by managers, drawing attention to any issues and finding resolutions effectively* For manager level professionals - managing the audit team efficiently, ensuring that all audits are attended to, and staff are assigned with the right blend of skills and experience* Being the main point of contact for any matters or queries surrounding the audits* Identifying and communicate potential business development opportunities* Liaising with consultants and partners across the businessWhat you will need to Apply:This company are looking for ACA or ACCA qualified professionals to join their team. Candidates should have strong previous audit experience and know how to use audit software and computer-based accounts and tax compilation programmes. You should have excellentcommunication skills both verbally and written and be adept at working as part of a team. For the more senior positions, candidates should have experience with coaching and managing junior members of staff effectively.What you will get in Return:For this exciting opportunity, the company are offering a salary of up to £43,000 depending on previous experience.
