Job Description

Manufacturing Assembler who has a good standard or DIY skills, can use hand tools and has an eye for detail is required for a well-established company based in Plymouth, Devon, South West England.With immediate start dates this fantastic opportunity offers you the chance to be part of one of the worlds most luxury brands!MULTIPLE JOBS AVAILABLEWe have several positions available for Assemblers / Fit Out Manufacturing Operatives within the team.SALARY: £12.81 per Hour + Overtime at £17.51 - £22.47 per Hour + Generous Benefits (see below)SHIFT PATTERNS & SHIFT PREMIUMThe company run various shift patterns ranging from:

  • Early shift (6.00 - 15.30) Monday - Thursday
  • Back shift (15.00 - 00.30) Monday - Thursday
  • Day shift (7.00 - 17.00) Monday - Thursday
  • Night shift (19.00 - 4.30) Monday - Thursday
  • Weekend shift (6.00 - 18.00) Friday - Sunday
Shift is an additional £2.77 per Hour for Back Shift / Night Shift and Weekend ShiftShift is an additional 0.87p per Hour for Early ShiftJOB OVERVIEWWe have several new job opportunities available for candidates to join the company as a Manufacturing Assembler.As the Manufacturing Assembler you will need a good standard or DIY skills, can use hand tools and have an eye for detail.Previous Fit Out / Wood Assembly is desired for the Manufacturing Assembler. However, the ability to read drawings and carry out a high standard of DIY and problem solving would also be beneficial.DUTIESAs the Manufacturing Assembler your duties will include:
  • Assemble GRP and wooden components including any cutting as required, bulkheads, transom
  • Structural bonding joints, fitting of trays, steel work, frames, and transport support frames
  • Assist in the Fitting of Fuel tanks, galley high beams, bathing platform and Hydraulics
