Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Admin IT Service Desk Analyst to work for HM Land Registry.Full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 - 5.Office basedLocation- Derriford, PlymouthRate of pay £14.07/hrTemporary contract for 6 months, potential to lead to a permanent positionYou would be part of the Service Centre, Service desk team you will be responsible for providing a single point of contact and first line IT support for HM Land Registry internal and external users.Main duties:- Provide a single point of contact for all IT user enquiries; supplying first line technical assistance or advice as required.- Assure a high level of user satisfaction; minimising the impact of problems and changes and recording all contacts and actions taken in the Groups Service Management Tool.- Ensure all user enquiries are processed and tracked in accordance with ISO20000 compliant service management procedures.- Keep users informed of progress of their incidents and system issues; carrying out appropriate escalation when required.- Monitor HM Land Registrys infrastructure and applications; taking appropriate action and, where necessary, collaborating with support teams.- Work collaboratively with service cells to enhance service and customer knowledge, resources and experiences.- Support Service Improvement and project related activity.- Work towards ensuring the team meet their key targets.In line with organisational processes and procedures analysts you will be responsible for :-
