Job Description

Role: Accounts SeniorSalary: £26,000-32,000Location: PlymouthOverview:Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a well-established independent practice firm based in Plymouth who are looking for an Accounts Senior.Main Duties

  • Preparing accounts to final stage for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
  • Management accounting using Xero cloud accounting systems.
  • Other areas of work within the practice such as tax, payroll and company secretarial may be available depending on requirements.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience working within Practice
  • Proficient with modern software packages such as Xero or Quickbooks is desirable
  • Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Aware of relevant financial targets and constraints and contributes to achieving these, keeping manager informed of progress and potential problems including actual vs budget
