Our client are one of the countries largest Housing Associations and they are looking for some Customer Service Officers to work out of the contact centre in Pitsea. You should have good written and verbal communication skills as well as previous experienceof working within customer service, outside of a retail environment.It will be a 3 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.You will be required to work 35 hours per week, on a rotating shift pattern. The shifts are between 8am to 8pm and you must be available to work all the different shifts between these timesIf you intend to use public transport to travel to and from work, please make sure that you are able to get to Pitsea for an 8:00am start before applying, as well as being able to get home after 8:00pm.Purpose of Role:To be the first point of contact for all customers, on all aspects of the provision of services for all business streams, providing appropriate advice and information (either by telephone; email; web chat or in writing)Dealing with the enquiries to maximise Right First Time resolution. Where the enquiry cannot be dealt with completely by the Customer Hub, to arrange appointments or pass work on to fieldworkers and other members of staffTo deliver a consistent level of customer service for customers and deliver increased levels of customer satisfactionKey Responsibilities:Use in-house systems to log Housing Management enquiries such as:
