o NEW TO THE AREA!My client, a dynamic manufacturing business within the healthcare industry, are looking to recruit the new position of Accounts Supervisor for their site in Pinxton. The specifics of the role are as follow:Role responsibilities Producing management reports for parent company Manage and prepare journals for fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments Prepare weekly payment runs for submission to parent company Act as point of contact for suppliers for financial matters Analysis of credit card expenditure Some AP/AR processing in instances of heavy workload Can analyse expenditure and able to correct where needed Bank reconciliations of GBP accountSkills and experience needed Experience with Sage essential, experience with Opera preferred AAT studied up to level 3 minimum Experience with preparing payments runs, bank reconciliations, limited currency work Organised, computer literate Good Excel knowledge and data preparationIf the above sounds like you, then please apply following the steps outlined and include an up to date copy of your CV.
