Job Description

At Kiddicare nursery, we embody a fun-filled environment that encourages children to develop their learning in an effective way. We are looking for passionate and dynamic practitioners that have a similar vision and wish to grow themselves in our setting.

  • Level 3 Nursery Practitioner/ Room Leader
  • Experienced Nursery practitioner required to join family friendly team in Kiddicare nursery in Pinner.
  • Our Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Must Hold a relevant Level 3 or above in childcare
  • Have 1 year childcare experience working in a nursery setting
  • Be energetic and fun
  • Have a real love and drive for working with and educating children
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding
  • Be happy to up-skill and improve their learning
  • Believe in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to our children
  • The Role Involves:
  • Ensuring all children under our care feel engaged and supported
  • Maintaining the highest standards when implementing safeguarding
  • Ensuring the EYFS is implemented and applied to all learning
  • To ensure our children have fun and a stimulating environment
  • Promoting and upholding Health & Safety for children, staff and visitors
  • Ensuring SEND is implemented, promoted and applied
  • Set up age appropriate activities
  • Have key children completing observation and ensure records are up to date
  • Attend parents evening, staff and team meetings
  • Communicate with children, parents and staff members
  • To work on own initiative
