Job Description

Cover SupervisorsAre you a recent graduate or just enjoy working with children Whether you are taking a break or a sabbatical we would like to hear from you. Dasani Connexions Ltd are calling all graduates and unqualified teachers to become that role model every child needs.We are currently in need for Cover Supervisors across Harrow. This role can typical involve:
  • Supervising / covering lessons already planned and set for a class
  • Managing pupil behaviour for any class you are assigned cover with and implement schools behaviour policy if required
  • Be flexible and able to provide cover across a range of subjects and key stages
  • Be able to provide 1:1 support and answer questions about processes and procedures in line with the school policy
  • Keeping pupils on task to complete their work
What do we look for
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE! A valid DBS on the online update service
  • You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated to cover lessons to a high standard
  • You will need to be able to manage behaviour effectively in the classroom
  • You will need to adhere to each schools individual behaviour policies
  • Honesty
  • Punctuality for school bookings
