Job Description

The Staffing Network is a logistics labour provider across the UK.We supply a large client base with driving and warehousing temporary labour and hold FTA Driver Excellence Status and a Gangmaster Licence to provide food industry labour.Due to continued and planned growth in 2021 in our Spalding Office, we have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant.Working with our existing team, the ideal candidate will:-

  • have experience working in a recruitment consultancy or transport office
  • have an understanding of driver hours and regulations and related compliance
  • Some experience of warm sales - not cold calling mainly following up leads
  • customer service and computer skills
  • be able to work to deadlines and targets
  • be comfortable working on call out of hours and at weekends
  • have an understanding of Polish, German, Romanian or Russian due to our current workforce
  • have the ability to deal with all levels of workforce - from Director level to shopfloor workers
