These roles offer long term work. Rates of pay range from £8.80 per hour to £15.93 for Skilled Workers.You will be given every opportunity to be fully trained and up-skilled if you show the right aptitude for work. There is also overtime available with all roles.After completing probation, the Production Operative hourly rate rises to £9.36 per hour.Pickers / Dispatch Operative hourly rate increases to £9.73 per hour.Shifts Available Hours are Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. There are many shifts available.AM SHIFT: 06.00 or 07.00 start, and finish at 14.00 or 17.00.PM SHIFT: 14.00 - 22.00.There is also an option to work on a fixed shift pattern or a rotating shift pattern (mornings one week, afternoons the next).More About the Roles This site is a meat processing facility and as a Production Operative you will be required to undertake various tasks which may include:
