Moon Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team! We are a leading executive search firm based in a beautiful converted Old Fire Station on the outskirts of Bristol (close to J19 M5). We offer solutionsfrom discrete search, database selection and tailored advertised campaigns.Our business has a strong and well established international client base, handling senior management, board level and Non-Executive / Chair roles from listed companies to start ups across all sectors. We also work in the Charity and IT / Technology sectors,and source for third sector Charities and Businesses connecting and inspiring our extensive network of contacts to their next leadership role, building the diverse boards of tomorrow.An opportunity has opened up for a proactive and experienced client-facing Administrator who will come from a Business to Business environment. Moon Executive Search works with high-level executives and it is therefore essential that you are confident andcomfortable within a client-facing role and you are able to communicate clearly with customers at various levels of seniority.You will be a team player with a can-do attitude, be capable of using your own initiative and well organised with an eye for detail. As Office Administrator your role will focus on the day-to-day running of the office including:

  • answering telephone calls, taking messages and screening calls as required,
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post,
  • general correspondence, including GDPR and ID checks,
  • dairy management including organising meetings and appointments,
  • managing the office including reception duties, such as meeting and greeting clients,
  • database management and administrative data entry,
  • dealing with third party suppliers,
  • monitor and ordering of office supplies as needed,
  • ad-hoc support to Executive Assistant as required,
  • ad-hoc projects support for the Directors.
