Working with the Planning Manager, support the business in the provision of efficient, cost-effective and timely delivery of stock to support Customer requirements within the Rations Business Unit.Key Duties and Responsibilities Review of stock levels to fulfil demand requirements Create stock inbound plan to fulfil demand Raise POs and liaise with suppliers for On Time and In Full delivery Issue Debit notes / Create Credit notes to suppliers for rejected stock and rework Review suppliers performance and provide summaries Analyse impact of components substitutions Review of subcontractors stock landing and transfer stock accordingly Review of Intake Report and then move stock accordingly to correct Navision warehouse location Analyse and compare subcontractors daily stock report against Navision and transfer stock accordingly Liaising with suppliers to resolve rejected stock issues Plan and manage rolling stocktake throughout the year, which involves identifying a selection of stock items, instructing the count, cross checking with Navision stock and reconciling of stock Build of Materials creation Providing support to the Planning Manager by assisting with planning and production tasks for Rations and other Nations. Ensure the data integrity in the ERP Internal liaison with logisticsMy client is looking for some supply chain experience with advanced excel skills
