I am looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a fantastic independent estate agency brand based in Petersfield, Hampshire.The role has the excellent prospects that comes with working for one of the Souths leading and most diversified property companies. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and experienced in lettings and property management with a passion for delivering thehighest possible customer service standards.The varied role will involve overseeing and evolving the service which is delivered to the largest portfolio in the local area. You will undertake many aspects of property management both office based and out and about visiting properties and help providestrategic direction to the department as well as supporting your colleagues. The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced property professionals as part of a closely knit team, as well as the in house Negotiators and Managers.Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and One in Three Saturdays 9am to 4pm.CV and covering letter required for application for this role.Package/Benefits:
