Job Description

Senior Manager - GMP ComplianceI am currently working with a Global Cosmetics company in East Hampshire who are looking for a Senior Manager, GMP Compliance to join the team on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the quality systems design, implementation and execution are compliant with applicable GMP regulations across the site.They will also be the lead on site for key compliance activities and responsibilities.In a collaborative relationship with site members, the successful individual will act as an expert in understanding GMP Regulations and implement, maintain, support and enhance the GMP compliance program.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that documentation and records are compliant.
  • Ascertain that cGMP standards are met as specified in the regulations and Company policies.
  • Ensure QA oversight is in place across the full life cycle of regulated products - new launches have been appropriately signed-off before placing on the market, process validation is complete, change control is in place and relevant products are annuallyreviewed.
  • Ensure that the site implements corrective and preventive investigations and action plans in response to all incidents and audits, in a timely manner.
  • Report performance metrics and collaborate with functional leads to ensure deviations and CAPAs are prioritised.
  • Identify and sponsor CI activities to prevent recurrence and lead data trend analysis activities to identify preventive actions.
  • Ensures CAPA and Change Controls are performed effectively
  • Coordinates the registration and investigation of consumer complaints on OTC products.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Document Control System
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education Level: BSc Science Degree or Equivalent
  • 8 Years minimum experience - Compliance or Quality based.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA and or MHRA regulations.
  • Acts independently and sets direction for the team members and manufacturing departments regarding GMP regulations.
  • Past experience of facilitating and coordinating site audits.
