Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a growing financial services Group in their recruitment for a qualified Senior Financial Analyst on a permanent basis, located at their East Hampshire offices in Petersfield.You’ll be working closely with the FP&A manager and business partner with key stakeholders in the Group and Senior management teams.What will you be responsible for

  • Reporting the month end accounts and full year forecasts
  • Providing analysis with commentary to ensure strategic targets are met
  • Complete balance sheet reporting and forecasting
  • Management of capital and investment reporting
  • Monitoring of KPI’s - highlighting trends and providing variance analysis on causes
  • Assistance in company wide finance and non-finance initiatives
  • Taking a continuous improvement approach to accounting processes and mitigating risk factors
    • What experience is requiredOur client is seeking a finalist or qualified Accountant in ACCA/ACA/CIMA, ideally with experience in Financial Services and knowledge of FCA regulations.
