Job Description

This role is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS (TBC) with an immediate start.You will be working in a shipping, export and logistics department undertaking a range of tasks from processing sales and purchase orders using SAGE to checking existing quotes and providing shipping quotes for woldwide distributon. You will also be required to assist with the unpacking of goods inwards and qualiy checking, the updating and processing delivery details onto the inhouse stock management systems. This role requires excellent administrastion skills, confident telephone skills and high levels of attenton to detail, its a very busy department so you may be required to undertake a number of tasks at any one time and still remain focussed on the quality of your work. This is a Monday to Friday role and this client would like to find someone who has previous experience of dealing with import and export /shipping processes and paperwork.
