This role will be responsible to coordinate all product related tasks and projects in the business and to support in other administration tasks. You will be the one responsible for the general maintenance and SKU pricing to ensure a concise and accurateportfolio of products.Location - Near PetersfieldSalary - up to £28kThe roles and responsibilties of the purchasing assistant will be to -Join all Procurement meetings and take notes and actionsUpdating the procurement dashboards and numbersOversee product management for all SKUs in the business. This includes the product setup, discontinue, swap out, and stock transfers and any liaison with Marketing department on the marketing asset update sideUndertake any range consolidation tasks set out by your line manager, and assist in the analysis and project management to fulfil a successful discontinueReview the product request/setup smartsheet entries after 3 months to ensure theyre achieving the rate of salesThe ideal canidate for the role will have -Excellent Excel skillsStrong attention to detailHighly organised and the ability to self-startAbility to make quick decisionsEnsure all processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
