Job Description

My client in Petersfield is looking for a Marketing Executive.Client DetailsMy client, based in Petersfield is a growing business with the education and training sector.DescriptionReporting to the Marketing Manager, the post holder will support the development of firms campaigns. With a focus on managing the communications and experience of prospective clients, ensure a best in class customer experience to achieve retention and conversionobjectives. Proactively take a data-driven analytical approach to grow customer lifetime value.The Company is looking for an exceptional marketer with experience designing and delivering campaigns to work across two brands. You will be able to create compelling and engaging campaigns that will elevate the brands, drive awareness and lead generationthat secures new contracts and customers.End to end campaign management, including audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, budget management and reporting. Production of world-class content for white papers, websites, presentations, award submissions, blogs, podcasts, PR, socialmedia etc. CRM and email marketing- using a data-focused approach. Creation of landing pages. Liaison with multiple stakeholders across the business.If you love a challenge, working as part of a small but growing team, enjoy working on big campaign projects and get a kick out of seeing the results that your work has achieved, this is the role for you! You will have a fully integrated campaign marketingbackground, have worked B2B and be a first-class communicator, both verbally and written.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the companys organic growth through digital channels and traditional marketing methods.
  • Assist with all areas of online and print advertising campaigns, from making bookings and setting up landing pages to liaising with external suppliers and providers.
  • Ensure all marketing material/collateral is up to date and meets brand guidelines.
  • Help produce ad-hoc marketing material such as flyers and brochures.
  • Help implement a marketing plan across social media platforms to drive traffic to the website and increase brand awareness.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with the Marketing strategy.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to improve user experience and generate commercial results.
  • Manage and update the website and social media content regularly.
  • Demonstrate a "continuous improvement" approach using data
  • Effective teamwork in conjunction with other departments to ensure alignment and transparent internal communication. Work closely with peers to obtain content and input.
ProfileThe right candidate will have either worked in similar roles, or be looking to take that next step, or indeed a graduate with a good placement year or with some relevant exposure in their infant career.
