Job Description

Fully Remote£35,000 DoE + BenefitsAs a result of rapid, sustained expansion, an intelligent, ambitious Digital Learning Platform Manager with previous experience of successfully compiling and delivering online learning training programmes, is required to join an award-winning provider of thefirst Configuration Knowledge Platform for the Salesforce.com market. We are looking for like-minded team members who want to grow professionally and are willing to step out of their comfort zones As the successful candidate you will be responsible for creating and curating training materials for the platforms customers. You will ensure customers have the right knowledge, training, skills and content to achieve success with our clients product whilstexpanding their usage. You will also help the VP of Product shape the user onboarding strategy and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure customers accomplish their goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate information from a variety of sources and subject matter experts within the company to design effective, engaging and simple training content
  • Work closely with customer success, sales and customers themselves to ensure the learning content is fit for purpose
  • Develop a robust, persona-based training program hosted on our clients Wordpress site:
  • Develop a mix of learning content (text, exercises, instructional videos) to support different learning approaches
  • Assist in customer research and user journey validation
  • Assess effectiveness and determine the impact of training courses on customer success and product usage with a view to continually improve the effectiveness of the portfolio of courses.
Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of learning principles, methodologies, and experience using a training design and development process (ADDIE or equivalent)
  • Proficient with Wordpress configuration (including familiarity with HTML)
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and understanding new technologies and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Video editing experience
  • Knowledge of or previous experience working in B2B Enterprise market
  • Experience with Salesforce Orgs
