My client is a well established firm with multiple offices in Hampshire. They have a strong emphasis on client relations and with a caseload of good quality work, they are looking to add another Lawyer into their team. The firm offer hybrid working amongsta host of other benefits and pride themselves on the approachable and collegiate nature of their lawyers. Regular social events are indicative of this along with the approachable nature of partners within the teams. The position involves acting on sales andacquisitions, letting (for landlord and tenant), property management, licences to assign, underlet and alter, property finance as well as a broad base of general commercial property work including providing property assistance on corporate transactions. Therole requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax. The successful candidate is likely to: * Have at least 1 years worth of experience of commercial real estate transactions; * Naturally take a collaborativeand proactive approach to their work; * Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.
