We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established and reputable business based in Petersfield. The Accounts Assistant will be working on an Accounts & Trading system database which is also a SQL database. Knowledge of SAP / Oracle / Sun would be desirable and beneficial to the candidate.Outline of Accounts Assistant role: Daily posting and reconciliation of cash books to bank accounts Daily posting of banks to accounting ledgers and allocation of cash Processing monthly payments for overheads Processing of bank loans and cash payments Daily update of loan book Liaising with our lenders as necessary Assisting in the production of management accounts.
