Techunite Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a small but exciting and expanding Surrey/Hampshire based IT organisation who are looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join the team.If you are a customer focused support engineer and are looking for a new challenge where you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of projects then look no further.You will be a strong communicator and have a passion for solving issues for customers and tackling the more complex problems that come with project and implementations. You will have the opportunity to grow in your role and future opportunities. You will be taking a variety of support calls, aiming to fix most technical issues remotely or over the phone with first call resolution where necessary, and if this is not possible you will take full ownership of the issues until they are resolved.Key experience:
