Job Description

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES! Are you looking for great rates of pay and to work in a fantastic and modern environmentIf so, you can grow your skills as we place you on an assignment into Caterpillar in Peterlee, in a challenging and quality driven manufacturing environment.We currently have opportunities for Warehouse Operatives to work in our clients factory in Peterlee, County Durham with an expected minimum contract length of 12+ months.Benefits:

Pay and Hours:
  • 36.5 hours per week
  • £10.87 per hour day shift
  • £13.04 per hour afternoon shift
  • £14.67 per hour night shift
  • £16.31 per hour overtime Monday to Saturday
  • £21.74 per hour overtime Sundays
3 shift rotating pattern:DaysMonday - Thursday 08:00AM - 16:00PMFriday 08:00AM - 12:30PMBack shiftMonday - Thursday 16:00PM - 00:00AMFriday 12:30PM - 17:00PMPlus 20% shift premium!Night shiftMonday - Thursday 00:00AM - 08:00AMFriday 17:00PM - 21:30PMPlus 35% shift premium!Responsibilities:
  • Check orders, part numbers and carry out stock rotation around the site
  • Operate PC to locate parts/stock
  • Work with a Team Lead who is assigned to support you in carrying out tasks
  • Maintain accuracy and update any operation metrics as applicable
  • Ensure high quality standards and safe working practices
  • Have flexibility in working shift patterns to meet the business objectives
Requirements:
  • The ability to behave in a safe manner at all times
  • A flexible attitude to working a multi shift system
  • An awareness of company H&S regulations and policies
  • You do not need to have a Forklift license for this role
