Training & Academy CoordinatorLocation: PeterleeSalary: up to £26k, depending onexperienceAre you a dynamic individual with a passion for training and development Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are you ready to play a crucial role in shaping the success of our Operational teams If so, we want to hear from you!Joining our growing business as a Training & Academy Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Learning & Development team, providing crucial support to the L&D Manager and Operational Management Team in onboarding new recruits. You’ll take ownershipfor coordinating the end-to-end Operational involvement in the recruitment process, from induction to the final transition into the operation. This includes scheduling ongoing training needs and delivering a variety of training sessions during the inductionprocess.What’s in it for youSalary- Up to £26,000 depending on experience.Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.
