Job Description

MTrec’s new career opportunityWe are recruiting for our market leading client who are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team. Along with the attractive salary the company also offers the opportunity to work for one of the region’s employer of choice.The Job You’ll do

  • Contains jobs with focus on selling and managing customer projects to dedicated local, regional or international clients in industry or public sector, in Division assigned.
  • Manages projects, sub-projects throughout all stages of the project process, according to the guidelines, for middle, local or regional and/or B-categorized projects.
  • Defines project scope (together with the Project Champion / Steering Committee).
  • Develops and manages the project team.
  • Coordinates the project team and updates resource assignments.
  • Manages project changes.
  • Prepares business case and updates it within the project lifecycle.
  • Monitors and controls deliverables and work results, including open issues.
  • Coordinates all milestones, gate reviews related activities.
  • Generates project plans (WBS, milestones, resources, cost, finance, time) and aggregates costs to project budget.
  • Leads direct customer contact.
  • Executes communication, project marketing and escalations.
  • Prepares and continuously updates project schedule including phases, gates and milestones
  • Reports directly to Project Champion, Steering Committee and/or the Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
About You
  • Experienced in managing projects, sub projects throughout all the stages.
  • Must have worked in manufacturing environment ideally automotive.
  • Mechanical Engineering background with HND/Degree/apprenticeship in related sector.
  • Microsoft office strengths.
  • Experience working with budgets.
  • Experience liaising with clients.
