Project Engineer - manufacturing commercial bias required. In this pivotal role, youll be at the forefront of project management, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering top-notch solutions for our clients. Project Engineer Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a dynamic project team, fostering effective communication and collaboration across disciplines. - Goal Achievement: Motivate and influence diverse teams to meet project goals on time and within scope. - Customer Liaison: Engage with customers to manage expectations, providing regular updates on project tasks and progress. - Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution. - Budget Oversight: Effectively manage project budgets, overseeing purchases, expenses, resources, and equipment. - Documentation Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of project documentation, including plans, drawings, reports, meeting minutes, and compliance forms. - Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project successes and failures, sharing best practices and opportunities for improvement within the organization. - Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards and procedures. Project Engineer Requirements:- Educational Background: Minimum HNC qualification in an engineering discipline. - Project Management Expertise: Possess a project management qualification with a track record of successfully managing diverse projects. - Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness to navigate complex project landscapes. - Industry Background: We want to hear from those within the manufacturing sector such as automotive, aerospace and medical. - Continuous Improvement: Experience in continuous improvement techniques and process definition. - Right to Work: Please be aware the company does not offer sponsorship at any stage.
