MTrec’s New Opportunity;Due to recent growth and investment, MTrec’s prestigious manufacturing client are currently planning a new and exciting expansion to their business. Because of this, they are looking to recruit new and motivated Folder Glue Operators to help them keep movingforward. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, operating machinery and equipment to ensure that the company’s products are manufactured to the highest standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced productionenvironment, while it also offers exciting opportunities for growth and progression through the ranks. You may be a production operator with any background, though ideally you will have experience from a fast-paced, high-volume facility.   • Setting up and running straight line glue jobs.
  • Achieving daily production targets.
  • Complying with company processes and procedures.
  • Achieving daily, monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintaining a high level of housekeeping.
  • Passing of own work.
  • Work with a flexible approach and when required assist with other processes in the factory.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Shifts are to be confirmed, but you will likely work a continental pattern with days and nights.
About You;
  • Experienced in a production environment, ideally from packaging company or other high-volume sectors.
  • Conscientious and looking for a long-term move.
  • Health and safety aware.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Ability to consistently hit targets.
