Job Description

MTrec’s new career opportunityOur clients are specialists in their market sector, they are looking for a Paint Line Setter to join them on a permanent basis.The Job you’ll do

  • Ensure the smooth running of the paint process and its conformity to safety and quality standards, etc.
  • Provide technical tutoring on paint application.
  • Take on the role of operator based on workload or risks on the line.
  • Replace painters or operators as required.
  • Ensure the correct application of products.
  • Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements.
  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions.
  • Report any deterioration or anomaly in preventive or protective equipment relating to Health & Safety and the Environment.
  • Decide to cease any processes that are identified as being dangerous and detrimental to the safety of persons or to property, and in the event of current or imminent serious incidents or environmental disasters.
About You
  • Productivity Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban) and technics (5s, SMED, Red/Green, Pert) and methodolies (Va/Nva, Red, Green, Waste Prevention), Quality (FMEA, SPC) & Safety (Ergonomics.)
  • Productivity Continuous Improvement - Quality, Environment, Accident Prevention And Safety Rules And Standards.
  • SMED.
  • Painting Process experience.
  • Robotics.
  • Prevention Of HSE Risks.
  • Knowledge of production and the production environment (Support Functions).
  • Core Tools (SPC, PROCESS FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
