Business Readiness Project ManagerLocation: Peterlee (hybrid working)Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: Competitive + Company car/Car allowanceWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Readiness Project Manager to join our Business Change team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for change initiatives within Auxillis.Reporting directly to the Auxillis Business Change Director and collaborating closely with the Lead Business Analyst and Project Managers, you will act as a representative of the project team and a bridge between the Business Change team and the Operationalareas of the business.This role will take overall responsibility for the planning and successful delivery of allocated projects to clearly defined timescales, quality and cost. As a vital part of the team, you will be in charge of planning, facilitating and coordinating all activitiesleading up to the implementation, and taking control of agreed change initiatives and projects, ensuring smooth transition to both internal and external stakeholders.As a successful candidate, you’re resilient, with high levels of personal accountability and a drive to be exceptional – you’re not interested in average (because we’re not either!).
