The Company you will be working for;Our client is an established and successful company based in Peterlee. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please applybelow.The Role you will be doing;
  • Generate and process new sales opportunities through the CRM database and priorities these with the sales team.
  • Ensure contact information is up to date for clients in the CRM database.
  • Produce monthly reports and dashboards from CRM.
  • To produce any necessary data or reports for the sales team.
  • Ensure project folders are continually kept up to date and filed along with company guidelines.
  • Produce job packs for samples and mock ups and ensure these are delivered on time and followed up with customers/architects.
  • Track and monitor hot sales leads/orders for forecasting information.
  • Provide support to ensure specifications are recorded and monitored via NBS Source and NBS Chorus.
  • Work with sales teams to help develop specific sales plans.
  • Monthly project updates with customers to be communicated to sales team.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns when required
  • Create slides, presentations graphs for sales meetings when required
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
  • Understand company product and brand
  • Follow all Company Rules and Procedures.
  • Support Fellow colleagues and maintain the office environment
  • Complete tasks as directed by Management
About you;
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of team
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
