Job Description

Search Consultancy, one of the leading UK healthcare recruitment businesss are recruiting for exceptional Agency Support Worker to work on a temp basis to provide the highest quality of care and support to our clients services based in Fraserburgh and surrounding areas. Your job:Youll be working flexible hours usually in evenings through the week, some waking nightshifts, and weekend early and late shifts. Earning a competitive hourly rate of between £9.00 - £16.00 per hour. Experience working with both children and adult with challenging behaviour. This roles is based within a well equipment facility where on shift you will take part in activities with the service users, personal care, and day to day activities.N.B. Due to the nature of this role this facility is working to a 7 days clear policy, which means you would only be able to work at this facility and no others within the last 7 days prior to any shift. This is likely to be the case until guidelines change around Covid-19.TravelThis role does provide transport to and from Aberdeen on a daily basis so is accessible if you do not have your own transport.Why join Search Healthcare:

  • Must have 6 months paid Support and Care experience.

  • Have the ability to remain calm under pressure and cope with challenging behaviour.
  • Experience caring for children and adults with challenging behaviour
  • Willing to evenings and weekends (with some waking night shifts)
