Job Description

Warehouse OperatorPhotocentric Ltd based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and US is an award-winning manufacturer of 3D printers and resins. With our uniquely different attitude to manufacturing photopolymer and 3D printing, our innovative company is rapidlygrowing and as a result we are now on the search for a Warehouse Operator to join our team in our brand new warehouse.Responsibilities of our Warehouse Operator include:

  • Using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to book in and move stock.
  • Perform periodic stock checks.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between sites.
  • Identify ways to assist with managing this fast moving area and shifting priorities
  • Pick for the production line to fulfil daily customer orders.
  • Report delays/issues with any of above to Management as appropriate.
  • Fork lift truck driver.
  • Checking and receiving incoming and outgoing goods, passing paperwork to purchasing/supporting dispatch for booking of stock.
  • Short term re-organising of warehouse space/workplace and resources to receive/ship goods efficiently.
  • Overseeing relocation of stock between PC work centres/warehouses etc.
Experience and skills required for our Warehouse Operator:
  • Must have a valid counter balance and reach fork lift licence
  • Must be able to follow instructions
  • Good communicator with good standard of spoken and written English
  • Ideally experience of picking for a line
  • Must be computer literature ideally having used a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar.
