Job Description

Our clients are a directly authorised, successful mortgage brokerage. They have a nationally based team of brokers and are currently seeking to appoint a trainee mortgage broker to work from home in the above area. This is a self-employed field-based client facing role.To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria.
  • Hold for Cemap or equivalent
  • Have a background with sales ideally within a related consumer facing environment
  • You must have an open mind to training and development. Our client will provide you with both the initial and ongoing training tighter with a mentor in order for you to have the best chance of succeeding.
  • Must be prepared to work 4 evenings per week on average s our clients customers tend to work and so can only be seen of an evening.
  • Finally, a can-do mentality together with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income
They will provide you with qualified appointments, our client has a substantial quality lead source and a highly professional vetting process including a comprehensive pre advice fact find, suitability checks and pre interview calls, allgeared to ensuring the appointments they provide you with are of the highest quality. Typical clients tend to be prime re mortgage with the majority being business owners or self-employed.Here are a couple of facts from 2021
  • The company spent on average £3,500 per month per adviser on appointments alone (before staff costs)
  • Average fact find completed to sale in 2021 was 52%
