Job Description

Trainee Commercial Gas Engineer (Self-Employed)Salary / Package:- Full-Time / Permanent Self-Employed Position - £35k-£50k (depending on experience & hours) + Travel + Van + Overtime/Call out.Location: - Peterborough / Cambridgeshire,working in a field based mobile position and responsible for covering sites throughout surrounding counties.Job Role:

  • Opportunity to join a leading and well-established Commercial Heating and Facilities Maintenance provider based in the South East.
  • Superb opportunity for a domestic qualified gas engineer who wants to progress and train into commercial gas.
  • Working in retail sectors and various commercial buildings.
  • Responsible for PPMs, Service and Maintenance of Commercial Boiler and Heating systems.
  • Youll also need to be comfortable with some plumbing work.
Key Skills Required:
  • Previous experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer is essential. Holding relevant tickets such as, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 etc.
  • Commercial ACS certification is also desired however not essential, e.g. COCN1 Or CODNCO1 Changeover, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a
  • Gas safe registered.
