Job Description

Trainee AdministratorPermanentEntry Level PositionHybrid£18000 - £21000 DOEAre you numerate, analytical, enjoy working with numbers whilst possessing excellent attention to detail, if yes we would love to hear from you.This position is open to graduates, School and College leavers and those wishing to change career paths.Working days are Monday to Friday 8am -4pm. Typically, once trained, you will also be able to work from home one day a week.This is an entry level role, where full training will be given so experience in this role is not necessary however you must have high attention to detail, be numerate and able to maintain focus.If you are a keen problem solver with good communication then continue reading to hear how your skills can be utilised and expanded with development.Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure monthly reconciliations are submitted within agreed timescales
  • Produce key reconciliations i.e. Cash, Stock, Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss to third party record
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitoring of the team mailbox and ensure all queries are responded to promptly
  • Provide information to be added to reports and documentation for management reporting
  • Participate in the development of on-going process enhancements and reviews
