Job Description

Telesales - M&E, HVAC & Building ServicesJob Title: Telesales - M&E, HVAC & Building ServicesIndustry Sector: M&E Contractors, HVAC Contractors, Plumbing & Heating Contractors, M&E Consultants, Building Services Consultants and Plumbing & Heating MerchantsLocation: PeterboroughRemuneration: £18,000The role of the Telesales - M&E, HVAC & Building Services will involve:

  • Telesales role, selling a large manufactured range of valves, thermostatic control products, pipes, HIUs (heat interface units) and manifolds
  • Promoting products and solutions for isolation, regulation and control of heating and domestic water services
  • Majority of your time will be spent dealing with M&E contractors, HVAC contractors, mechanical contractors or plumbing and building services contractors
  • Responsible for raising quotations and orders, and explore missed sales opportunities
  • Following up on quotes and getting client feedback
  • Converting quotes to sales orders
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries and providing an excellent level of customer service
The ideal applicant will be a Telesales - M&E, HVAC & Building Services with:
  • Must be a confident individual with excellent phone manor
  • Ideally will have been from the construction industry, however this is not essential as training will be provided
  • Ideally will have experience using Intact IQ software (not essential)
  • Good customer service
  • Good positive attitude
  • Must be IT proficient across Microsoft Office
