Job Description

Technical Sales Manager3D PrintingPhotocentric Ltd based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Phoenix, USA is an award-winning innovator and manufacturer of 3D printing and resins. We have invented a patented new method of 3D printing that we are starting to disrupt the waythings are made and export throughout the world. Our innovative company is growing rapidly and as a result we are now searching for a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager3D Printingwith a successful sales background, ideally in or connected to 3D Printing.The Technical Sales Manager3D Printing will help continue our rapid global expansion. You will have a strong existing customer base to build upon and expected to support in business development targets on the sales of 3D printers, resins and printed parts.This is a very exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to be a major part of our future growth. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-moving and dynamic environment which brings new opportunities every day.Key Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Manager3D Printing:

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to expand sales globally on dental market and mass manufacture of parts.
  • Gather and interrogate market intelligence on resins and hardware- their properties, applications, market trends, pricing and competitor strategies.
  • Complete regular sales reporting and forecasting for inclusion in the sales and marketing departmental management and budget reports.
  • Work with manufacturers to identify, consult on and develop new 3D printing applications.
  • Attend UK and International trade shows
  • Work with manufacturers to identify suitable elements of their product range that are ideal for printing instead of moulding.
  • Create new customer user storied and product case studies for our marketing team.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of our 3D printing products and their applications.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications of our Technical Sales Manager3D Printing:
  • Proven experience of success especially in Business Development
  • Background of Export sales and international business travel
  • Ideally from an Additive Manufacturing background, alternatively technical sales background
  • Dental sales industry would be useful, but not essential
  • Highly commercial and resilient with a curious mind
  • Driven to deliver results and succeed
  • Consistently determined to overachieve given targets
  • Ambitious, dynamic and wants to pursue a rewarding career in international sales.
  • Highly confident with excellent written and spoken communications skills with a natural flair for building relationships
  • Aptitude to learn and understand technical products
  • Degree educated with a European language would be useful but not essential
  • Genuine interest in 3d Printing /Additive Manufacturing
