Job Description

Job reference: EH/NC/TEAMMANAGERPay Rate: £15.64 PAYE or £20.79Hours: 35 hours per weekStart 01/02/2023 Contract until 13/06/2023Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.One of my Housing clients are looking for a Team Manager to work in Peterborough, managing a Team of Support Workers carrying out Housing related support and management to vulnerable individuals. You will be responsible for leading, managing and motivatingstaff including undertaking support and supervision and carrying out performance appraisals.Duties will include:

  • Managing a team of staff to deliver a high standard of housing support to vulnerable people
  • Supervise staff in relation to their caseload and resolving any issues that my arise
  • Developing and maintain effective and professional relationships with referral agencies and key local stakeholders
  • Ensuring that regular contact is carried out with service users
Experience Required:
  • Housing management experience
  • Criminal Justice experience
  • Can demonstrate experience of working with complex people
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
