Job Description

Job Title: Talent SourcerLocation: Hybrid - with some travel to Peterborough officeHave you got experience recruiting for operational and technical roles Are you looking for an opportunity to join an in-house recruitment team where our roles are not just about filling vacancies but also being involved in a number of exciting projectsaround D&I, EVP, Stakeholder Experience and Technology If so this could be the role for you.Supporting a TA Specialist/Partner you will source and attract talented individuals for multiple roles across allocated business areas. Youll also collaborate with the People Experience team and business unit Marketing teams to create and deploy contentacross channels that showcases our EVP and positions AB Agri as an employer of choice. Joining us as we evolve our recruitment offer to the business you will play an important part in delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages ofthe recruitment process.Youll be responsible for

  • Directly sourcing candidates for current vacancies or anticipated future needs building a pipeline of qualified talent in key markets, regions or organisations.
  • Managing multiple vacancies, reviewing candidate applications, and conducting effective, inclusive screening of potential candidates.
  • Being a superuser of our ATS (training provided!) so that you can support candidates and managers with using the system.
  • Supporting the smooth running of recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, obtaining and giving interview feedback, negotiating offers and processing offers in the system.
  • Supporting our DEI goals by sourcing talent from under-represented groups and supporting projects and idea generation to engage and market our roles to the widest possible audience.
Were ideally looking for someone with experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition who has had exposure to Supply Chain, Production and Logistics roles; but we can train you in these specialisms if you have good recruitment foundations. Weare a small team that work on multiple vacancies and therefore you need to be a self-starter, an excellent communicator and able to work accurately at pace. We think this role would suit someone who has worked in a busy in-house TA team or for an agency recruitmentconsultant looking for their first in-house role who can demonstrate a real passion for creating excellent candidate experiences.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in recruitment and join a business that is passionate about growth and opportunity both business and personal.LocationWe mainly work from home and currently the Talent Acquisition team are meeting either at our Peterborough Head Office or another site 2 - 4 times a month.
