Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - PeterboroughHybrid (2 or 3 days in the office)Initial 6 month contract, 37 hours a weekUp to £17.60 an hour PAYE / umbrella rate availableDo you have Internal recruitment coordination or HR administration experience Do you enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment Are you available immediately or with 2 weeks notice If yes, then this could be just what youre looking forAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a talent acquisition coordinator to support the delivery of the Early Talent campaigns for Apprentices, for our globally renowned Fortune 100 client. Youll be working Hybrid with 2 or 3 days a week onsite in Peterborough,supporting the Early Talent Recruitment campaigns across our clients multiple sites.What would you do

  • Place adverts, attend job fairs, perform other related duties to support recruitment
  • Conduct qualitative candidate pre-screens
  • Source candidates and evaluate CVs for jobs through social media, job boards, applications
  • Deliver qualified candidates and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Provide informed recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Extend offers to candidates
What are we looking for
  • Previous experience in an Internal recruitment coordination/HR administration role
  • Someone organised with an excellent eye for detail with a Flexible, positive can-do attitude
  • IT proficient in MS OfficeOutlook, Word. Workday experience would be an advantage
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and assist with recruitment
  • A confident phone manner and effective communicator
  • Availability to start immediately or with 2 weeks notice
  • Experience of/exposure to, working with multiple facilities (desirable)
