Your base location can be across any of our Anglian Water sites, you have the flexibility to choose.Driving our Business ForwardAs our Systems Lead, youll support the operation and development of the Anglian Water Integrated Management System (IMS), reporting to the Systems Manager. Youll provide support to all IMS business functions with matrix and portfolio task responsibilities. Acting as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for any management system related queries, youll provide effective support, advice and guidance to business managers and their teams. Youll identify and interpret the impact of new or revised Regulatory, Legislative or AWS policy requirements on IMS processes or activities. As well as this, youll promote awareness and understanding of risk management system processes and associated benefits by both formal and informal communication and presentation.A key aspect of this exciting role is to manage and continually improve the high-level management system framework for Anglian Water Services, whilst managing the IMS pages on company intranet. Using your expert knowledge youll deliver the IMS internal assessments programmes in accordance with the annual audit plan, auditing processes and identifying potential improvement opportunities.As a valued employee, youll be entitled to:
