This is a vital role and will provideintegral administrative and fundraising support. This person must also be able to show empathy when engaging with people whose lives have been affected by kidney disease.Supporter care officer requirements:With outstanding customer care skills and experience, youll need to have a passion for customer engagement and the ability to motivate and encourage supporters to maximise their fundraising. A keen eye for detail is essential as the role will involve databasemanagement whilst supporting a busy, successful fundraising team, ensuring donors and their gifts are accurately acknowledged, recorded on the database and any queries dealt with to conclusion. Knowledge and experience of dealing with customers effectivelythrough a variety of communication methods including inbound and outbound letters, telephone, email and social media is essential.
