Supply Chain Planner£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Mon - Fri + Training + Progression + Company Benefits Peterborough Are you from a Logistics / Haulage background looking to progress into a Supply Chain / Production Planner role where you will become an integral member of a family run seed merchant who will provide you with training opportunities and a clear progressionpathwayOn offer is the opportunity to join a market-leader in the agriculture industry who distribute, clean and package seeds to blue-chip clients across the U.K. As a result of an internal promotion, a position for a Production Planner has arisen.On a daily basis you will be responsible for establishing a production schedule to meet customer demands, planning logistics and haulage needed to supply to growers and assisting with quality control when needed.This role would suit someone from a Logistics / Haulage background looking to progress into a Production Planner role where you will become an integral member of a family run seed merchant who will provide training opportunities and clear progression pathways.It would also suit a previous production planner or experience buyer.The Role

  • Establishing a Production Schedule
  • Planning logistics and Haulage to supply growers
  • Occasional Assistance in Quality Control
  • Bi-annual Bonus
