We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Modelling Manager to join the business on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.As a core member of the Asset Intelligence Leadership Team reporting to the Head of Asset Intelligence, you will be part of a team that is at the forefront of digital transformation with a particular focus on Asset Modelling.The Modelling Strategy Manage is the owner for all hydraulic & fluid modelling across our business within the operational, investment, and delivery teams, providing expertise in network modelling, surge analysis, odour dispersion, biological process, andcomputational fluid dynamics.The role will manage a modelling Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive our business forward, will be instrumental in achieving our challenging strategic business goals, and will be the point of contact for all our modelling systems.Working with a well-established modelling team, the role will be responsible for setting the in AMP strategy and direction of modelling, seeking opportunities to drive value from our existing models and assets, as well as exploring and exploiting potentialopportunities to drive efficiency and deliver upon our business commitments.The role will enable a culture of collaboration and integration, providing exceptional service to our customers, stakeholders and the wider AW business.The role will lead a large team of subject matter experts, from trainees to senior modellers and team leaders.
