  • Supporting your team to create a superior customer experience

We need you to have…
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of success
  • A passion for exceptional customer experience, gained in a retail banking environment
  • Superb communication and listening skills, and general ability to impress with your professional manner and actions
  • Knowledge of our retail products (current & savings accounts and lending products) as well as our digital tools (website navigation, online app) with the ability to coach customers about our online services
  • The ability to manage and communicate change effectively whilst driving all activities
  • A flexible working approach to suit customer needs and business demands.
  • Experience of managing a successful team delivering to deadlines, targets as well as team and company goals
