Job Description

Competitive remunerations package on offer for a Property Litigation Solicitor in Cambridgeshire. Joining a team who are experts within this field, the successful solicitor will utilise their knowledge and expertise to manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include those involving commercial property. Additionally, you will play an activerole in supporting the wider disputes departments marketing and networking initiatives. To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.Responsibilities

  • Acting for landlords and tenants
  • Possession actions
  • Residential service charges
  • Trespass
  • Dilapidation claims
  • Part eight claims
  • Preparing bundles
  • Instructing counsel
  • Participating in marketing and networking initiatives
The Candidate
  • Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 1 years PQE
  • Technically proficient in property litigation matters
  • Leasehold enfranchisement experience is advantageous
  • IT literate with particular expertise using case management systems
  • Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Able to manage own workload with minimal supervision
  • Has an aptitude for marketing and networking
