Henderson BrownSoftware Automation Tester - £30,000 - £40,000 - PeterboroughMonday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Hybrid Working Available)Henderson Brown is recruiting a Software Automation Tester, on behalf of an education software company based north of Peterborough.The key objective is to hold strong Python, HTML, and C# programming experience at a commercial level.Main Responsibilities*Testing web-based applications as well as automating mobile applications.*Designing, documenting, and maintaining automation test cases.*Running automation tests, reviewing and validating a software product.*Achieve all levels of testing including System, Integration, & Regression via manual & automated testing.*Analyse software and systems to mitigate risk and prevent software issues.*Develop and maintain test scripts and test data to ensure the software created by the companies team of developers is suitable.*Create and maintain a test automation framework, including designing and developing automation scripts as and when required.*Troubleshoot and track software defects and inconsistencies.The Candidate*Fully proficient with Python, HTML, and C#.*Previous Software Automation Testing experience at a commercial level.*API testing experience.*Experience testing web-based and mobile applications.*Able to travel to the Peterborough based office.*Exposure Selenium, Postman, Swagger, Jira, and Git.Benefits*Excellent career prospects.*On site car parking.*Competitive salary.*Hybrid working.*Permanent opportunity.The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
