Job Description

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly reputable marketing agency based in Peterborough. The organisation we are supporting are notorious in the industry for collaborating with global brands such as Ralph Lauren and The Ministry of Defence.My client is actively seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Manager to lead the online and social strategy of the business. LOCATION: PETERBOROUGHSALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 (NEGOTIABLE) HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:30PMAs the Social Media Manager, you will be guiding a team to look after various client account and manage their social media presence and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing social media strategies including - new campaigns, onboarding, campaign delivery and content creation
  • Managing the social media planning and delivering campaigns based on marketing briefs discussed with the companys clients
  • Manage the budget distribution
  • Grow and develop a following on social media by interacting with target audiences, followers and supporting with social engagements
  • Analysing the effectiveness of social media campaign performance
  • Conduct market research with the aim of identifying target audiences
  • Promoting and extending client brand positioning online
This role would ideally suit a vibrant social media savvy individual that has developed a skillset and understanding of social channels and digital marketing.The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a social media biased role for a minimum of 2-3 years (Essential)
  • Hold a strong understanding of various social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube and TikTok
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to lead campaigns and social strategy with a commercial aim
  • Experience analyse and interpreting social media success by using various analytical platforms
  • Experience using any of the following: Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop or Canva
  • Strong commercial awareness with ability to hold and lead client meetings
