They have recently seen huge growth due to considerable investment into the business and have recently won a couple of very lucrative construction projects. Due to this growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join their close-knit but growing team.This is a varied and interesting role where you will plan and oversee the installation of modular and leisure units on sites around the UK. You will be the primary point of contact in relation to any site installation matters whilst acting as the go between the factory, stakeholders and clients. When you are not required on site you will work in the factory on the activities to improve project delivery on forthcoming projects. You will take ownership for identifying and resolving snagging issues within the installation as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and play a key role in devising and implementing recommendations to optimise existing processes.This is an exciting role which would ideally suit an experienced Site Supervisor from a residential construction or modular background who is looking for a varied, stable role with a progressive company that are very well known for their innovative build solutions where you can be a part of a high growth and exciting business.The Role:
