Job Description

Have you got experience of 2nd or 3rd line technical IT support and looking for an opportunity to work with some code/interested in a career pathway towards a Developer If so, we have an opportunity for you!You will join a small team and will be responsible for Supporting Clients, designing, creating, and building the forms that are used for companies to complete to gather information, for example information about their carbon footprint. This is a technicalrole and you will be working with show/hide logic and plugins meaning this is a great opportunity if you are thinking about a career pathway towards Developer as it will give you an introduction to the skills required with the opportunity to work with ourinternal developers.A key part of this role will be to work closely with our commercial teams and Programme Development Manager to manage the development of forms therefore the ability to understand technical requirements with good communication skills is essential for thisrole.So, if this sounds like you or something you may be interested in then we would love to see your application! To be successful in this role we are looking for some of the following skills, experiences or qualifications:Previous experience of working in a technical supporting role within in Tec/IT function such as Service desk or within software/development

  • Appetite to learn and hit the ground running with a solution and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience of troubleshooting a variety of IT solutions including software and hardware
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Experience of using form.com would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given
